  1. I'm still working on getting all of my math stations in place but my kids love buddy games & using the pattern blocks!

  2. I am struggling with math stations this year. I love teaching my actual lesson in a small group, but I find it difficult to then have time to meet with small groups to work with my ones who need extra help. It's still a work in progress.
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. I started using your idea of BUILD last year, and it took a little while to get into the routine of it. However, this year I started when school started in July and it is working great. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas!

  4. I was struggling with starting math stations and finally switched to a "Math Choice" board. I list 5 or 6 choices (many are games or activities that don't require me to correct a paper but do provide kids practice on skills). Kids Always have a "Must Do" activity that I expect them to do first, then they choose from our "Math Choice" list. I can go around and help all kids working on the must do activity. While kids choose from the choice list I pull a small group and work on skills those kids need help with. It provided me with flexibility in making my focus groups. So far, it seems to be working great!
