My first and most important resolution was to start taking better care of myself. I am very happy to say that I am doing that! I'm eating more fruits/vegetables, drinking more water, working out every other day, and feeling proud of myself for every small step taken. I'm also eating less junk and drinking ZERO soda (go me! 4 weeks now!). It feels SO good to do what you say you are going to do.
The next goal I had was to get more focused in my Math teaching. I've been doing a great job at this too. My teammate and I are making sure to sit and write very detailed plans for math each week.
I also wanted to clear the clutter in my classroom, and I've only done a little of that. I will hopefully be able to get more clutter out as the semester unfolds.
For blogging, I said I wanted to comment on other posts more often. That one is hard and usually comes in spurts. It's been all I can do to keep up with blogs, let alone comment. I'll keep trying!
I haven't started a new book series yet because I just haven't had the time! Maybe over Spring Break...
I'd love for you to link up a post with me about how you are doing on your New Years Resolutions! :) Please link up below and be sure to include a link on your page back to this post. Use the graphic above!
