Y'all, I have been a bad blogger lately! I have just been so busy these days I can't find the time to sit and write a blog post. You should definitely follow me on Instagram if you don't already b/c I post way more over there. It's so easy to just snap a pic, add a few hashtags, and post! :)
Today I am linking up with Farley for her December Currently!
Listening: My sweet babies are playing nicely on the rug and I'm binge watching Law & Order: SVU. This show is so easy to just sit and watch tons of episodes all at once! It doesn't help that Hulu has all 16 seasons!!
Loving: I went to an AMAZING training today all about leadership and changing the culture of our school. I was so honored to have been chosen as 1 of only 2 teachers from my school to attend. The presenter/facilitator was so well spoken and articulate and passionate. It reminded me of some of my favorite teachers in college. It wasn't a lecture, it just felt like I was listening to a story. The training continues tomorrow and I'm eager to return and learn a lot more!
Thinking: I feel so very productive and I just love that feeling! I was laid up on the couch for most of Thanksgiving break because of a bad back, and my house kind of went to shambles. (My sweet hubby tries, but his idea of straightening up sums up to taking all the dirty dishes and putting them on the counter). I spent an hour and a half this evening doing some speed-cleaning and it gave me a huge mood boost! :)
Wanting: The only thing I really am wanting is a piece of jewelry from James Avery- not sure what, but maybe one of these:
Needing:I woke up on Black Friday morning and hopped online to knock out some Christmas shopping. I actually got MOST of it done, but still have a few more items to get.
Giving: I'm giving a piece of advice: In all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, remember to think of the spirit of the season!
Head over to Farley's blog to link up too! :)
Caught you from the Currently link up! One of my favorite things is working late at night and listening to my dog Lilah snore and watching her paws twitch as she naps. Not many things cuter than that!
ReplyDeleteHi! I have never heard of James Avery before!!! I am going to have to look into this!! :)
ReplyDeleteFound you on the Currently linky!!! Happy Monday!

I love it with a training is meaningful and you come out of it feeling like you just gained some very valuable knowledge! It's unfortunate that not all trainings feel that way, but I'm glad yours did! :)
