Valentine's Thinking Map and Writing

I posted about this last year, but I wanted to repost in case anyone was scrambling to fill some time before/after parties tomorrow.

We brainstormed as a class what we thought love meant. (I swear, these guys can make me bawl like a baby! How sweet and precious are they?!)

After we brainstormed and did a lot of talking, I had them write: "I think love means.... "

I think love means showing respect saying I love you to your Mom and Dad. {melt.my.heart.}

I think love means to care about people and to help.

I think love means to say nice things to each other and making new friends.

Yup.... that's me.

For tomorrow, I plan on changing it up a little by talking about how to show love to someone. I mustn't forget my waterproof mascara, I can already tell.
