I see this sign and it attracts me the way honey attracts bees. I find myself going there even when I don't need a thing! I finally broke down and got a Target Redcard (don't tell Mr. Thompson) and I haven't decided yet if that's going to be a good thing or a bad thing.
Hi my name is Cassie and I'm a Targetaholic. Any other addicts out there? :)
Anyway, they are getting some especially cute stuff on the dollar aisle. I got a ton of pencils (Monsters Inc, Dr. Seuss, neon) and they also had some hilarious e-card junk stuff I need. I also saw some dry erase boards with lines and lots of flash cards.
Speaking of e-cards, here is one for your enjoyment.
And because I'm feeling generous:
Now, on to the really good stuff! I have created a nouns verbs and adjectives pack for your teaching pleasure. Please go to my store to check it out!
I will give away this pack to one lucky reader by 9pm tonight. Leave a comment telling me why you need it and I will have Mr. Thompson pick a random number! :) Don't forget to leave your e-mail address!
Isn't he cute?!
I would love to have this! It would be a perfect resource when I am teaching with 6-Traits Writing.

I would LOVE to win this pack. Teaching the grammar skills in Common Core have led me to search high and low for materials my first graders can have success using.
